Confession time.
He smoked 4 cigs. Sitting alone at MD.
--
This is all a big game. We are just pawns, playing into the hands of the unknown. The real master is somewhere else, invisible, unreachable - we, however hard we try, will always be the puppets.
--
-The Big Bang Theory-
"Do you know how I know we are not in Matrix"
"How?"
"Because then, the food here wont taste so bad"
(Read: "Because then, our lives wont be so miserable")
--
"Na Jeen tu menu dendi,
Na maran tu menu dendi,
Na maran tu menu dendi..
O jugni tap tap tap tap,
Khun bahundi"
--
I want to know who the master is. I want to know him. I want to understand this game. I think you might meet the smaller masters on your way, but it is almost impossible to meet the real one.
The question is, is it "almost impossible" or is it "impossible"?
Looking for answers - meanwhile, lets play.

So True..
" CQ भी उसकी ख़ास नही थी,
Day 2 तक पड़ गया रुकना,
गाँव में साबुन बेच रहा है,
झूठ है उसका हँसना...
......... पे पड़ गई लात तो क्या है,
बनेगा नया महल"
- बोधी Tree
Never realized in the earlier years that the song was going to be so closely applicable to my life! :P

Marathon
The uncertainties surface again.
I just wish to complete it. Don't know if I'd be successful or not. But least I can do is try.
Yes - that's it - that's what I'll do - I'll try! :)

Ting
'Ting'!
Yes. That was the sound I made.
A loud 'Tingg!!'
Standing at the airport in a queue. Just one solitary note of the guitar.
--
Probably like the one in 'The Unforgiven'. No, that is more like 'tiing'.
Probably like the one in 'High hopes'. Yes, that's it. The one in High hopes. No, it ends in 'g'. not 'ggg'.
Yeah, I get it now. The one in 'In the End'. No No.
Ok - you can take it to be the High hopes one, with the 'g' a bit stretched, the sound dying out in the end.
--
I don't know why I did that.
--
Suddenly, the lady besides me sniggered.
I was taken aback. Then I realized what I had done. I was embarrassed.
And then, I also laughed. A muffled laughter.
The lady, realizing this, laughed heartily. And I joined in. Everyone around us watched in amusement. We were suddenly embarrassed. And we went quiet.
And then, we laughed again.
Later, I saw the lady smiling at me, when I was just about to board the aircraft.
:D
(An incident to remember)
Music: Ting, ting tiing, tingg. :)

What shall we do?
It has been two days.
Two days of news channels shouting, two days of people forming opinions, expressing them, but finally doing nothing!!
--
One person says - the Mumbai spirit is undented. We have again stood up as we did after the serial train blasts.
Another person perceives it as the dead Mumbai - which is unaffected by either of these events, and crowds up the local trains next day just to be able to earn their daily livelihood.
--
One thing is common - everyone is numb. Terror-struck. Unable to move. Nobody knows what a correct response to this situation would be.
Authorities will move away once all the hostages are rescued/ terrorists arrested or killed. Politicians will move in asap to capitalize on the situation, trying to strengthen there vote banks.
Isn't it about time we, the people, did something, except for holding protests and candle lit processions? Isn't it about time we rise against terrorism in an united manner? What are we waiting for now? Some more terrorists to come with a totally new master plan and blow up another city, like they did to Mumbai, Jaipur, Delhi, Ahmedabad?
I think we need more ideas; more agile, effective and courageous people who can implement those ideas. It's about time we stop voting for the same old politicians who have been doing nothing for the past so many years.
This is one such idea; our India is waiting for more. Pour in.
